To everyone who ordered a jersey from Skate Free or Die:

There were several jerseys in our large order that didn't arrive as expected and Skate Free or Die will send replacements. If your jersey does not fit the way you want, log in and confirm what you entered for width and length and then check the actual measurements on the jersey you received. (My kid's should have been 24.5" long but arrived as 18" long, for example). If the measurements are not exactly what you ordered, respond to the email with your order confirmation and let them know. They will send a new jersey along with a return label to send the first one back to them. Make sure they have your mailing address so it comes to you directly. I have not heard what the their policy is if you received exactly what you ordered and it still doesn't fit the way you expected. If anyone encounters that scenario, please respond in the comments section. And if you have feedback on your communication with them or have feedback on the jerseys in general, please respond in the comments section so we can review team feedback as we consider whether to order from them again next year.
