- This will be open to the public – Invite your friends and family.
- Covid Vax Card or negative COVID test for entry of parents & 12+ visitors
- We have skaters cards/status on file and will not need to see vax to enter.
- All negative tests mush be shown upon entry.

NEW SKATER ARRIVAL TIMES:

3:00 PM – Cadets + Resistance + Defiance + CCRD (Bout 1)
- Enter at 3 – warmup is at 3:30. ENTRANCE AT RIGHT SIDE DOOR. Bout over by 5:00

4:45 PM – Alliance + Defiance + CCRD (Bout 2)
- Enter at 4:45 at main door. Warmup is at after Bout 1. Bout over by 7:00

6:30 PM – Rebels + CCRD (Bout 3)
- Enter at 6:30 at main door. Warmup is after Bout 2. Bout over by 9:00

Once your skaters bout is complete, please exit the building to make more space for the next bout attendees. We will unfortunately not be having an after party this year.

UPDATED BOUT SCHEDULE:
3:30 PM Doors Open
4:00 PM Bout 1: Cadets + Resistance + Friends
5:40 PM Bout 2: Alliance + Defiance + Friends
7:40 PM Bout 3: Rebels + Friends

- Shirts will be kept at the March Table for late arrivals
- Side door will be open from 3:00 – 3:45 for skaters/volunteers. After that – enter at the front door.
- Defiance skaters, check with Coach M’Atom for if you skate in bout 1 or 2.

UPON Entry, skaters will be given their HOUSE CUP shirt and will need to change into that and WRITE numbers on their arms/sleeves. This is very important, as the sleeves on the shirts are capped and they need to have a visible number. This can be accomplished with either writing on the shirt, taping the sleeves and writing the number on their arms, or cutting the sleeves completely (not preferred).

This is a wizardry/magical themed mega-mashup bout. The teams will be sorted into their ‘Houses’ at the beginning of the bout with the ‘Sorting Hat’ as per standard with all students of Hogwarts. The teams with the most points will win their share in the 2020 HOUSE CUP!

Proceeds from the bout will be donated to an LQBTQIA organization yet to be named.

PLUS – there will be a costume contest at half-time as well!

Doors at 3:30pm, $12 General Admission Adults, $6 Children 6-12, Children under 5 are free.
